It’s his second lawsuit in just a few days, too.
If you’re going to court for one domain name matter, why not a second one?
Last week, I wrote about how domain name investor Stanley Pace filed a lawsuit to block the transfer of Celluvation.com. Pace filed the case after losing a UDRP for the domain name.
It turns out that’s not the only case Pace filed with the court last week. On Friday, his attorney Derek Newman filed a second case (pdf). This one is against Normani GmbH over the domain name Normani.com.
Like the Celluvation.com case, Pace is asking for declaratory relief as well as a finding of reverse domain name hijacking.
Unlike the Celluvation.com case, World Intellectual Property Organization hasn’t yet published a determination on the UDRP for Normani.com.
Pace has a history of challenging UDRP decisions in court.
